The Continuing Saga

It is now Tuesday, the house was supposed to close today, but we found out late yesterday that we owed more money in closing costs, mostly because of the delay and having to re-sign loan docs and all. So if my cashiers check made it to escrow this morning, the lender should fund today and the house should close tomorrow. The good news is that we got word late saturday night that the listing agent was willing to turn her head and allow us to move our stuff in on Sunday. My great friends and family pulled together at the last minute and moved everything (from 3 locations!) into the house on Sunday. We aren't going to actually live there until it closes but it was a relief to get that done, especially since Kevin doesn't know when his next day off is going to be. Be looking for my post tomorrow reading "IT FINALLY CLOSED!!". Until then, keep praying!
