My Dad's 60th!

Last Friday was my Dad's 60th birthday. He insisted on not having a big party so we had a nice dinner with my sister and my Grandparents. That morning I got an email saying that Skip Osgood (a man from my church who has been battling brain cancer for 5 years) had passed away. He leaves behind a wife and 3 young daughters. Although I know He is at home with the Lord I can't help but be sad for his family, especially his daughters. This made me really think about how thankful I am to have my Dad in my life. He has been such a huge influence, support, teacher, and a great friend. Dad, I love you more than words can say and I look forward to many more birthdays!
